Brooke offers three in-house day-of coordination collections, designed to align with your venue package and provide the right level of support for your celebration.

MINIMALIST COORDINATION | 10 HOURS | $800

MODERN COORDINATION | 12 HOURS | $1,000

BOLD COORDINATION | 14 HOURS | $1,200

  • Finalized wedding day timeline + management

  • Ceremony coordination + cueing of wedding party

  • Guest, vendor, + wedding party direction throughout day

  • Oversight of reception events, including toasts + cake cutting

  • Vendor coordination, arrivals, + any day of support

  • Handling of vendor gratuities (if applicable)

  • Full décor setup + teardown

  • Bride + Groom assistance

  • Packing + loading getaway car of personal items
