Her approach is organized, calm, and service-driven, making her an invaluable part of the Emerson experience.

Brooke offers three in-house day-of coordination collections, designed to align with your venue package and provide the right level of support for your celebration.

MINIMALIST COORDINATION | 10 HOURS | $1,000

MODERN COORDINATION | 12 HOURS | $1,200

BOLD COORDINATION | 14 HOURS | $1,400

  • Finalized wedding day timeline

  • Ceremony coordination + cueing of wedding party

  • Guest, vendor, + wedding party direction throughout day

  • Oversight of reception events, including toasts, + cake cutting

  • Vendor coordination, arrivals, + any day of support

  • Handling of vendor gratuities (if applicable)

  • Full décor setup + teardown (not responsible for loading vehicles)

  • Packing Bride + Grooms getaway car of personal items

  • Oversight of last-minute changes or emergencies

  • Unlimited emails the month before wedding
